Skins are cold macerated (8 °C) for no longer than 12 hours in stainless steel tanks, in order to achieve a higher concentration of aromas and flavors, typical of the varieties. Subsequently,the musts, already released from the skins, are drained by gravity and ferment in stainless steel tanks at a low temperature (15 °C). Once the fermentation is finished, the wine is clarified, stabilized a t low temperatures (-2 °C) and filtered. Conservation takes place in stainless steel tanks
Straw yellow color with greenish tones.
Aromas of tropical fruits, white fruits and a subtle hint of honey. On the palate it is fresh,
balanced and unctuous.
Ideal to enjoy with freshly grilled fish or chicken or on a warm afternoon.
Serving temperature: 6-8 °C.
