VINIFICATION

The wine ferments for 14 days, at approximately 25 °C. The wine
is then aged for 12 months in Nancy French oak barrels of 2,500
to 5,000 liters; each varietal separately. The blend is then made,
where it continues its progress in stainless steel tanks, until the
moment of being bottled.

TASTING NOTES

A bright red wine with a good intensity, marked by its youth. It
has aromas reminiscent of Cabernet Sauvignon spices and a
hint of plum jam given by the Malbec. The attack on the palate
is structured, typical of Cabernet Sauvignon tannins but with a
round finish characterizing the smoothness provided by
Malbec and Merlot. A wine with 3 years of aging for drinking
and discovering its virtues at every step.
Serve at 16-18 °C
