Cabernet Sauvignon: Finca La Marthita, Cruz de Piedra, Mendoza.
Cultivated in 1993, at 870 meters above sea level. 4,600 plants per
hectare and yields of 10,000 k / ha. Drip irrigation.
Merlot: Finca La Marthita, Cruz de Piedra, Mendoza. Cultivated in 1967,
at 870 meters above sea level. 4,600 plants per hectare and yields of
7,000 k / ha. Furrow irrigation.
Pinot Noir: Finca Los Maitenes, Lunlunta, Mendoza Cultivated in 1998,
at 759 meters above sea level. 4,500 plants per hectare and yields of
8,000 kg / ha. Furrow irrigation.
Alluvial soils, silty loam, shallow and with presence of fine pebbles.
Traditional low trellis vineyards. High cultivation density; low yield
vines that, associated with the varietal purity, allow high quality
grapes. Hand harvested grapes.

CLIMATE

This privileged area has a particular micro-weather characterized by
dry summers, warm and sunny days and cold nights. Grape development
is favored by the wide thermal range, making them reach high
concentration of aromas and excellent health.

WINEMAKING

The wine ferments in stainless steel tanks for 14 days, at a temperature
of approximately 28 °C. Subsequently, the wine is aged for 36 months
in large Nancy French oak barrels of 10,000 to 20,000 liters, each
varietal separately. The blend is then made, where it continues its
progress in stainless steel tanks, until the moment of being bottled.
The wine evolves in its bottle until the moment to be tasted

TASTING NOTES

Intense ruby color wine, bright with delicate mahogany nuances.
Medium intensity, which marks the presence of Pinot Noir. The
spicy, smoky and earthy aromas characterize this blend. On the
palate it is a very delicate and fluid wine with medium structure.
Serve at 16-18 °C
