VINTAGE 2021

VINEYARDS
– Malbec: Los Carolinos Estate, Agrelo, Mendoza. Planted in 1927, at 1100 meters above sea level. 5.000 vines per hectare, and yield of 7.000-8.000 k/ha. Traditional irrigation system.
– Pinot Noir: Canelli Estate, Tupungato (Uco Valley), Mendoza. Planted in 1994, at 1050 meters above sea level. 4.000 vines per hectare, and yield of 9.000 k/ha. Dripping irrigation system.

WINEMAKING
After obtaining the musts, a low temperature maceration is carried out for 18 hs, until the desired color is reached, to then ferment it in stainless steel tanks at 17 °C. The wine is then racked, clarified, cold stabilized and preserved until it is bottled.

TASTING
Wine of a pale pink color due to its short maceration, of fresh and fruity aromas and pleasant acidity.
This blend of Malbec and Pinot Noir grapes is ideal for pairing seafood and pasta.
Recommended to be enjoyed at 6-8 °C
